We are looking for someone with expertise and experience in both digital media marketing strategies and website development to manage the library’s website, social media, and other digital platforms.

The Digital Services and Marketing Specialist is responsible for research, writing, producing, scheduling, and monitoring content across various digital and social platforms. In addition, they will be responsible for SEO, analytics reporting, and website resolution issues. This individual must have past experience in web development, SEO, HTML5, web analytics, and user experience design and conversion.

This position will be part of the Programming & Communications Services (PCS) team. PCS is a five-person division which plans, publicizes, and staffs adult library programs, manages the library’s art gallery, and also creates materials and publicity for other departments and the library as a whole. The Digital Services and Marketing Specialist will be an integral part of this team, helping to foster cohesion between the library’s physical and digital messaging and services.

This is a full‐time position. The 2020 hiring salary starts at $24.63 per hour, with excellent benefits, including health insurance, and support for professional activities.
