How to Find Facebook Video Stats from Reb

I know a lot of you are using Facebook video stats to keep track of virtual program use, so when I got this question in my inbox, I wanted to make sure the answer went out to everybody.

Q: I do pre-recorded virtual storytimes and since the new year, I’ve been unable to see views on my storytime posts. Could you be of assistance to me?

A: I couldn’t find the info on my Business Suite home page insights tab or the old method of getting to the library page through my personal account. FB help suggested I look on the app on my phone, or access the info through Creator Studio.

I couldn’t find a link to Creator Studio on my Business Suite page, so I just searched “Creator Studio Facebook” to find it. If you’re logged into FB on your computer, you’ll be in the right spot. Select “Insights” on the left menu, and you should be able to see video views from that list of posts. You can look at historical information there, too.

If this doesn’t work for you, please contact me.
