I got a note from the fabulous Yia Lor (UW Madison Extension–Eau Claire County) asking for help promoting a really awesome-sounding, free, virtual conference for parents, Raising Wisconsin’s Children.  It is designed for parents and caregivers, and as such is not developed for continuing education credit for professionals.

Here’s some language you can use in newsletters or social media posts, and feel free to use the above image, as well (remember to describe it!)

Are you a parent or caregiver of children? Whether you are a dad, mom, grandparent, foster parent, child caregiver, or educator, you are invited to the University of Wisconsin-Madison Division of Extension Human Development and Relationships Institute’s first online parenting conference. This conference will be held on January 13th and 15th. Each day will host a keynote speaker and several sessions around a variety of topics, including fatherhood, screen time, race-conscious parenting, and raising a reader.
