Webjunction:  Has several free webinars every month about a variety of topics–there is something for everyone.  Look also for their archived webinars.

Infopeople.org:  A federally funded library training project out of California, Infopeople has hundreds of extremely relevant webinars, and many archived webinars with big-name presenters.

Statewide Providers of CE:

Cooperative Children’s Book Center provides distance learning, webinars, live workshops around the state

The iSchool at UW-Madison has some online CE offerings, conferences, and other options, also the 4 core courses required for certification

Wisconsin Library Association–Conferences and some other opportunities

Degree Programs

Chippewa Valley Technical College has an Associate’s Degree in Library and Information Services.

University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee School of Information Studies has a Master’s Degree, as well as Undergraduate Degrees in Information Studies

University of Wisconsin-Madison iSchool has a Master’s Degree program

Northeast Wisconsin CE Partnership:  A collection of systems in the northeastern part of the state–look here for webinars, webinar recordings, and workshop opportunities

South Central Library System:  In Madison, has webinars frequently, and some great workshops if you don’t mind a drive.  Archives and handouts here.

Southeast Wisconsin CE Partnership:  A collection of systems in the southeastern part of the state–look here for webinars, webinar recordings, and workshop opportunities

Wisconsin Valley Library Service:  Based in Wausau, it is a neighboring system and has a robust offering of webinars!  Also some short recordings with training tidbits: WVLS Digital Bytes.
